You can purchase products through our convenient online ordering process in our Product Catalog:
  1. Click "Add to Cart" to add a product or seminar to your shopping cart.
  2. View your shopping cart contents before final purchase by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. You may adjust the quantity or remove items from your order here as well.
After you review your shopping cart contents, you will be asked for your credit card information. This transaction is completely secure.

PayPal handles the electronic payment processing. There is no need to create a PayPal account. PayPal offers one time order processing without saving any information. Look for 'Don't have a PayPal account?' and click on the word continue. Bakken Books is not given credit card information. Via email we receive only the order preferences, shipping information, and confirmation that payment was processed successfully. Sales are processed by Andrea and shipped from Oak Harbor, Washington. The Product Catalog navigation link is the last item in left hand column of this page.

To pay by check or with international currency contact Andrea Bakke at andrea@bakkenbooks.com with your name, address, telephone number, a list the items and amount of each item you would like to order, and shipping preference. Andrea will send invoice via electronic mail. Invoice total will include shipping & handling and tax for Washington state residents. Items will be shipped immediately after payment is cleared (usually 7-10 days). Product prices can be found in the Product Catalog.

Shipping options in the US include USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail. Rates vary according to the amount of items purchased. International shipping is available.

Sorry, we are not able to offer telephone order processing.

Sales tax applies to Washington state residents. Currently, when processing order by credit card we charge the Whatcom County rate of 8.5%. Our system is not capable of processing variable rates based on shipped to location. For some this is a savings while others may pay a slightly higher rate. Bakken Books does correctly report each sale when paying the state excise tax.
