Andrea Bakke

Andrea is the business director of Bakken Books. She is enrolled in the Master of Arts in Social and Civic Entrepreneurship program at Bakke Graduate University. She has a BA in Human Relations from Judson University in Elgin, Illinois.

Andrea is a home school mom and her husband, Woody Bakke, is a special education teacher. They are parents of two children, Amber and Elijah, and make their home in the Pacific Northwest.



Corean Bakke

Corean is artist-in-residence at Bakken, family home and location of Bakken Books. She has degrees in music and theology, has taught piano at the collegiate level, and is a concert pianist. Her travel experiences include Africa, Asia, Mexico, the Middle East, and Europe.

Corean is a published author. Titles include: Let the Whole World Sing, The Story Behind the Music of Lausanne II, a narrative of planning worship for an international congress in the Philippines; and Aleluya, an international hymnal produced jointly with Tony Payne.

She worked with the publisher/founder of Christianity and the Arts, editing and proof-reading that quarterly magazine. While in seminary she learned about AIDS Pastoral Care Network and prepared herself for involvement by completing the training course for volunteers.

Corean, married to Ray Bakke, is the mother of their three sons, grandmother, and also lives in the Pacific Northwest.
